There are several ways to navigate this website, by design. This flow chart depicts the broad paths that users can take.

Every element is designed to provide as much information as possible:

  • The Acts page is where all questions on the site are filtered by the relevant Act/law.
  • Themes can be used to filter questions most relevant to your specific needs.
  • Questions are phrased broadly, but thoughtfully drafted to be relevant for users from various contexts.
  • The Know More section provides users with more context-specific information.
  • Related Links house relevant external resources - including caselaws - for further reading.
  • Notes contain clarifications and explanations, especially where certain legal terminologies have had to be used.
  • Related Questions have been thoughtfully and manually assigned to ensure that users can easily access related circumstance-specific information.
