HIV and AIDS (Prevention and Control) Act

The HIV and AIDS (Prevention and Control) Act, 2017 is a law to prevent and control the spread of HIV/AIDS. The Act protects, through rights-based principles, people who are HIV-positive and those currently or previously living with an HIV-positive person.
