How to protect the property rights of a child affected by HIV?
Parents, guardians, or anyone acting in the child's interest can approach the Child Welfare Committee (set up under the Juvenile Justice Act) to :
- safely keep property documents,
- file complaints if the child's property is taken away, or someone trespasses on their home.
